All the buildings used in the “Eastgate” town are by W. Le May from Sketchup Warehouse. In fact, all objects, except some trees which are Bryce 7’s, are from Sketchup Warehouse. Rendered in Bryce 7.

How did you include the storm clouds?
All the clouds, storm and other, were done in Bryce 7.1 using spheres which I have stretched out and then added Bryce’s pro materials. I actually played around with the materials and got this result. It is the first time I have done such clouds.
Here is a screenshot of the Bryce interface to give you an idea of what I did.
