Toolbars: how to learn more?

In his excellent FWW Modeling in Sketchup Course, Dave R has many toolbars. I seem to only have the one I point out in green. I’m sure some of these are from extensions. I am generally interested in all, but in particular, the one with the different views of the house. How can I enable this and is there a good place to learn about toolbars. Scratch that, I’m sure there is. If you can point me in that direction, it will save me some searching. Thanks.

I’m on a Mac - but I believe that is called ‘Standard Views’:

The one you point to is a custom toolbar that combines Views, Face Styles, and a few other tools like New, Open, and Save.
