Toolbar and pixilated

Hi guys

I recently updated from 2016 to 2018, and have some problems with the 2018 version.
First of all - the enoying toolbar resets the position everytime I load up Sketchup. I have reinstalled it many times with administration, but the problem is still here! see attached

The other thing is that the model appears pixilated! even though the OpelGl settings is set to 64x.

Can enyone help please?

Do you make a save after you have changed the toolbars?

yes… all the tools resets everytime I start up sketchup.

Then probably, SketchUp isn’t installed the right way.

Why the installer must be "run as administrator"

Since the release of SU 2017, there has been a tidal wave of posts from people who encountered problems with SU because they did not install it properly on Windows.
