It’s entirely up to you whether you release it or not, whether it’s free or not, considering that I’ve pointed out some existing extensions that have similar functionality to what your animation shows.
You’ll have to decide if yours is better, different, or worth releasing for other reasons besides the above.
(I personally don’t use any of them at the moment.)

Currently, I just want to explore how to make more automation in SketchUp, maybe some function already get the existing one but I still try to do in some different way.
I make this function just based on my need only, without refer to any existing extensions above. Just try explore myself only.
