After a recent Windows auto update, the thumbnails in the trays on the secondary display don’t show.
The selections still work. Nvidia K600 graphics card and latest driver.
I have a similar query to the forum. I am having a similar issue. With all menus. My menu appears as shown below:
This seems to be a Windows problem.
If I designate the secondary display as the primary display, the thumbnails on the menus show up.
However this creates a whole stack of other problems - so not a solution.
Likewise if I move the tray to the primary display, they work properly.
But that is very limiting - wanting to make the most of the two screens.
Try repairing the installation of SketchUp. Find the installer, right click on it and choose Run as administrator. When presented with the options, choose Repair. Does that help?

thnx for info. You could try uninstalling this one, see if that changes it back to normal.
