I recently upgraded to 2026 & since making new files the thumbnails do not load in file explorer, however the 2025 models do. How can I fix this?
Hit Alt+Enter on the skp file, On the general setting right below File type it says Opens with: select Change and make sure you select sketchup 2026 as the default program, if you have sketchup 2025 still installed and some of your files open on 2025 and others on 2026 it gets confused, at least I solved that way, I still have sketchup 2025 installed just because of WrapR, but I was told that a 2026 compatible plugin will be released this week.
