I have been having exactly the same issue. I have been trying to save up a really small file and I have been kept receiving and error message " This model could not be uploaded to your account because you seem to have reached your storage limit", although I have a SketchUp Shop license and no files saved as I deleted absolutely everything. I do not know what to do anymore.

Anyway, I cannot even create a new project in trimble connect.
When you start a new model, do you see the SketchUp logo in the upper right? If you do, it would seem that you are signing in with a different email address. Make sure you are signing in with your arrow.co gmail address.
