Colin is the guy who can solve this issues, but it looks like your file is gone for good from what I’ve read in this thread, if I was you, I would start over as soon as possible, the second time doing something you’ve already done is faster than the first one, that’s the only consolation that I can give you.

Recovering a deleted file is a risky procedure. A successful outcome will depend in large measure on how much new-file creation, old-file deletion, and existing-file modification activity occurred between the time of the original deletion and the recovery attempt; the more such activity the less likely will be a successful recovery. Often portions of the “recovered” file contain unrelated junk from other files and other metadata from the filesystem.
