The round tool is not soft

I made a simple shape in SketchUp. I tried to round the edges of the hole. As you see, the edges are not soft. They are creased. What is the solution

Try this: Triple click on the geometry to select all of it. Then right click on it and choose Soften/Smooth. See if that takes care of it.
