Try copying the model into a new SketchUp session.

Please correct your profile. You are clearly not using SketchUp Free (web). You are using SketchUp Pro 2019.

I wonder if using the Solar North extension or something like that could lead to this. I haven’t tried putting invalid data into the Shadows dialog or manual geolocation. The north direction can only be changed via an extension.
