The most likely reason is:
Not connected to the Internet
This site has encountered a problem
There may be a typing error in the address
Maybe the SketchUp servers are blocked by the internet provider or government. I think there’s been an issue with that before.
btw, for a screen shot of the window the focus is on press “Alt+Print” => the concerning raster image is put to the Windows clipboard for further usage.
