I noticed something very unusual. I had updated an extension before opening your file, so the icon would appear undocked when a new file is opened. When I opened your file it failed to load. When I went to drag the extension icon to dock it, it appeared twice. Never seen that before.
It’s almost like the model viewport is undocked from the SU. It can’t be dragged across screens normally. I wonder if its a Qt thing?

Yeah, iI have seen that sort of behavior as well, after closing the dev console when debugging extensions: a transparent copy of the extension dialog and toolbar icon when closing the devtools…
