Technical support - Changed email - third party verification

Hi - Maybe the wrong forum.

But I have reached out to the support team an not got any respons.

I work as a consultant and my account has been registred to my previous clients email account. But Im paying for my own licens. I have now left and can’t any longer access my account. It’s a bit urgent since I need to finish design for another client. I don’t know where to turn to resolve the issue. @Colin seems to be a true community master - maybe you can help me get in touch with someone from the support team.
