I got a sketch file through JumboMail and when i try to download it it download only the .txt file. how can I save the sketchup file?
Does the file name show as SKP in the mail?
This seems to be an issue with your mail client, or the way you’re using it. Or with “JumboMail,” whatever that is. It’s not a SU problem.

yes it shows as SKP but when i click “Download” and go to the download box its download it as txt

Most likely the mail client doesn’t know what an skp is, so it arbitrarily labels the downloaded file txt.
