Table legs not aligning

I’ve been trying to create a foldable side table. However don’t seem to be aligned no matter what I try.

Any guidance is wellcome.

It can be somewhat corrected, but it’s easier if you redraw it from scratch correctly. Draw only half and then mirror it.

For ease of modeling and to ensure they are aligned correctly, you can use existing elements that you can modify as needed.

What is your goal for the model? Is it just to have something to show in setting with chairs and other furniture or are you trying to make a woodworking plan so you can build the table?

Are you modeling the parts in place as you create them? Or are you modeling them and then trying to assemble the table? Generally I find it easiest to, as much as possible, model the objects in place where they will “live”

There seem to be a number of cases in which you haven’t been moving copies of objects on axis. That’s going to create problems.

Are your dimensions correct? As it is your table is quite small.

This is something that the SO requested to put her coffee mug on, when in the garden. It’s going to be very small, 45cm x 45cm x 45cm

So you may have enough information in your model as it is to build this so she doesn’t have to wait around holding her coffee while you get the model recreated more precisely. If you want I could record a video showing how I would go about modeling it. Are you satisfied with the design of it as you have it?

I’m satisfied with my design, I’ll start building it this weekend. In any case that video will be great.

FWIW, I made a few little adjustments. I moved the stretchers down closer to the feet to clear the top when folded. They can be used as a handle when carrying it.

As you can see I made a mistake while attaching the Long Stretcher, I glued it to the wrong side of the leg, although I did a dry fit

Oops! A simple fix, though? Otherwise it looks like you planned your work and worked your plan. Good deal.
