I love the concept of the online version of sketchup. However, saving and syncing files are always giving me trouble. I am on a very fast internet connection, and I have tried it on Chrome as well as Explorer. When I hit “Save”, it is often stuck at “Saving…”, and never finishes. The only way to get around it is to do “Save as” and then write over the old file. Also, “Sync All” is nearly always stuck on a spinning wheel.
Anyone else experienced this, and is there a way to get around this problem?
I guess I also don’t understand the difference between Sync and Save.
