Surface 2 - Sketchup doesn't see NVidia card

Hi there,

I’ve just installed Sketchup 2018 on a new Surface 2 Laptop. It’s the one with the NVidea 1050.

Problem is when I look at the OpenGL setup, it only sees the intel video chip. I can’t seem to select the NVidea card. And flow on effect seems to be that i can’t open a new project or when I open an existing project, aside from scene tabs, I get nothing.

A bit concerned right now.

Mark.

Go to the Nvidia control panel and set it up to be used by SketchUp.

Thanks Dave. Some very strange behaviour’s resulting from that auto-selection.

Seems to be switching around a bit after re-docking the screen/tablet.

Thanks again for the prompt. Much appreciated.

Cheers,

Mark.
