According to the page you downloaded from, it only runs out of the Tools menu. As is usually the recommendation when people are struggling with extensions, reach out to the extension creator for help!

That plugin works best on symmetrical and manifold geometry. It does not handle some edge cases well. You need to be mindful of how you create the geometry. Turn on hidden geometry and Check for hidden edges, missing faces, etc. you may need to add edges to get the shape you want. Search for the zorro2 plugin.
