You need to wait for the uploading to finish before you hit the reply button.
Your screen shot shows that you are using 2018 which needs very specific graphic card specs. You don’t tell us your graphic card, which is an important part of the equation.
Try opening it in an earlier version.

Opening in earlier versions ends the same - I tried in 2015, 2016 and 2017 as well.
