I have a yearly subscription with SU-Pro 2020 and I understand that to get the 2021 version I can just download it.
My question is: Will the downloaded 2021 version replace my SU-Pro 2020 or I would have both on my computer?

You’ll have both on your computer until YOU remove one of them. Installing a new major version does not replace the previous version. It installs as a separate program.
When you install 2021 make sure you do it correctly. After downloading the installer, right click on it and choose Run as administrator.
