SU Pro 2020 Extension Manager is blank

I have seen that other users have had this problem in the past but none of the solutions have worked for me. I recently updated my Windows 10 laptop with a new Windows 11 laptop. I installed SU with no issues and was in the process of installing my extensions, again, with no issue. This morning I tried to install another but after logging back into my Trimble account the Extension Manager window is blank.

I logged out: no change

Logged back in: no change

Followed several suggestions from previous posts (checked that no Windows updates happened, checked file locations, changed the default internet test website): no change

I then did a full reinstall of SU Pro 2020: no change – and worse because now I have lost those extensions that were installed and working properly!

Some previous posts indicated that OneDrive was the culprit but I have disabled and fully removed OneDrive from Windows 11.

I also noticed just now as I took a screenshot that the Extension menu heading is also missing as well.

Any help would be appreciated.

UPDATE: I did figure out how to install an extension manually and have gotten a couple installed that way. And–of course–the Extensions menu title magically appeared.

Each time SU opens it prompts me to update 3 extensions but I am unable to do that because the Extension Manager window is still blank.

The problem might be that web-related services in SketchUp 2020 don’t work as they use an old browser that is no longer supported.

Another possibility, when you installed SketchUp, did you right-click on the downloaded file and choose “run as administrator”? If no, right-click on the downloaded file and choose the repair option.

Possibly. I do know that SU worked correctly, even the Extension Manager, over the past week. The 3D and Extension Warehouses have not been available in SU 2020 for quite some time.

I did run the installer as administrator, yes.

Update: I tried these things to overcome this issue:

Checked that I am using the latest graphics driver.

Restart the graphics driver (Windows + Ctrl + Shift + B).

Changed the display scale.

Run Windows Compatibility.

None of these have resolved the blank Extension Manager window . . . but I have managed to manually install most of the extensions that I use regularly. As mentioned Extension Manager functioned properly prior to yesterday morning but it had been a few days since I used it so it is hard to say when and why it actually stopped working. I find it interesting that previous posts mentioned OneDrive because I have had quite a battle reclaiming my files from OneDrive and eliminating it from my present system (it will probably rear its ugly head in a Windows update someday!) and this install of SU Pro 2020 was done after that.

While I am back up and running (I use SU in my finish carpentry/cabinetry business) I still would like to resolve this issue.
