SU Checkup freezes, SU2017 won't start

“Windows Error Reporting”

Dialog says window will close and a solution may be offered. However, no solution ever appears and the above “Error Reporting” message is not found on the help page.

Windows Error Reporting is part of the operating system, not part of the SketchUp installer.

It will create log files.

Rename wer log files to “SketchUp2017.wer.txt” and attach to a post. PLEASE do not paste the entire file into posts!
