I had a 1 week trial and before it ended I purchased Sketchup Pro. However it has not recognized a change to the full annual version, despite receiving emails to download the application again. Now the Trial has ended in the middle of working on a design and I cannot access my files, Everyime I sign in it prompts me to download the Trial but puts me in a loop of downloading the app again. How do I get out of this loop and get back to my account. No licenses are showing under my name and acocunt

The trial and the app are the same. Have you logged in with the email you made the purchase with?

> yes, when you renewed your subscription, you probably unticked the thing to attribute the licence for your account. Because technically, you could buy licences for collaborators, making you the person in charge and them the person who use. so you need to go to your account and assign the seat to yourself. [https://ecom-prd.trimblepaas.com/account/organization](https://ecom-prd.trimblepaas.com/account/organization) Choose Members from the left of the page, and in the entry for you in the list, click on the dots to set what products you have access …

by default, when guying a licence, there is a ticked option to assign it to yourself.
if you unticked it, then you bought a licence but not for you.

if you’re using the correct email as Mike said, then it could be a case of unassigned seat.
