Trying to log into the app, as we used to be able to but lately it isnt allowing us. We are stuck in a loop. Sign in with Google takes us to a form, then the form takes us to Google Login, etc.
Any thoughts?
Hi @truiz, Thanks for the post and sorry to hear that you are having difficulty with our app. Hopefully we can get you up and running quickly and easily. I am assuming you are using Chrome as a browser but if I am wrong please feel free to correct me as different browsers sometimes require different troubleshooting steps. Anyway, now that all of that is out of the way, on to the troubleshooting.
First up we need to get past the log in process and the most common cause of difficulty with that is a blocked popup. Can you make sure that you are not blocking any popups from our site?
