Hello, our teachers at ambrit-rome.com are able to log in but our student accounts at @ambrit.eu are not able to log in. We get the “It looks like your school may not have access to SketchUp for Schools.” error. I believe we need our student domain whitelisted. Thanks, Chad
Hi @grif60, thanks for the post and sorry to hear that you are having difficulty with SketchUp for Schools. I was able to find everything I needed on your website and got you added to our domain database a few minutes ago. Go ahead and give it a try again and let me know if you are able to log in or not.
If you are not able to log in, can you grab me a screenshot of the error message with developer mode enabled and the console tab open?
