Sometimes don't open simple files . or close fast

I bought a MacBook Pro retina.
Sketch up is not working. My computer is new.
First installed SketchUp Pro, and now the Make version. The error that appears is the same.
The program closes with frequency, without saving anything. Often appears BugSplat. Sometimes not open some simple files .
Every move I make with the mouse the program is thinking half an hour! and most often closes

Already tried to open the same files on other computers and works without problem.

My computer:

Processor 2.3 GHz Intel Core i7
Memory 16 GB 1600 MHz DDR3
Software OS X 10.9.5 (13F34)
