Suddenly Sketchup says invalid file. The file was saved after working on it. But it won’t open anymore. I don’t have a backup. Can anyone help?

Thanks for the confirmation. It seems there is no choice but to start over from scratch.
You should first update to SketchUp 2026. Then ensure you are saving your models to an internal drive location, not to One Drive or Google Drive. Take advantage of the unlimited storage you have with Trimble Connect and also save a backup copy there.
