Hi all. Web version here, the online advice for how to modify line weight in Section mode doesn’t work - there is no ‘Edit’ option within ‘Styles.’ Can anyone help me fix it? Default lines are huge and make the Section function kind of useless. Thanks!

You can fix it yourself. Upgrade to SketchUp Go. That will give you the ability to edit styles and also materials among other things.

I’m not opposed to upgrading, but really? The line weights in Section view are super thick on purpose, and there’s no way to thin them out? Is that supposed to be an incentive to upgrade?
The default Section Line width in all of the shipped templates is 3 px. It’s the same in all versions of SketchUp and it’s been that way for more than 20 years. Long before the web version was even thought of. They didn’t set it that way just for the free web version as a way to get users to upgrade to a paid subscription.
