Hi, I have the same issue, works on my laptop but not on my home computer. I did use it on this computer a couple of months back. I tried disabling antivirus, updated computer and chrome, tried edge. any ideas?

I got it working, i rebooted another time and cleared browsing data to force a new login. re-login and works. Hope this helps someone else

Malwarebytes browser guard is known to block Trimble things of late it’s an extension in your web browser .

Disable it and the Trimble websites will load
