Hi everyone,

I am currently working on a big file, it has 600mb. When i save the file, sketch-up crashes. The autosave doesn t work properly, so each time i have to star over. I purged the file, and also used the clean plugin. When scaning for problems, keeps showing this error “CLoop (19587200) for CFace (19587199) is oriented wrong - fixed” every time i run it. I installed again sketchup 2025 and run it as administrator. I reinstalled the graphic divers. What should i do? I am really behind with the project and i need to fix this. I would appreciate any suggestions!

Thanks

hello, something is wrong with your model, reinstalling sketchup won’t help. In order to be able to save and autosave, you can temporarily uncheck this. (automatically fix problems)

you can try opening your model in a previous sketchup version, fix the errors and save again, or post a link to your model here so that we can try with different versions if it helps
