Sketchup 2025 turns off after I chose a File or a Template. The Startscreen opens. I have the latest graphic Driver, I installed Sketchup as Admin, rebooted several times.
When dubble click on a file nothing happens.
Lumion works, autocad works, layout works.
Any suggestions?

Just to make sure, did you right-click on the Installer and chose “run as admin” while logged into your normal user account?
That’s the way you should do it and it’s different from installing while logged in an admin account.

Copy: %AppData%/SketchUp/SketchUp 2025/ and paste it into File Explorer. Find the file called login_session.dat and delete it. Then do a cold reboot of your computer and try opening SketchUp again.
Note that there have been reports that the license server has been down for maintenance. If it still is when you do this you may need to wait until it’s back up to sign in.
I just deleted everything under \AppData\Roaming and it works!!! Thanks
I’m glad that worked but that probably deleted more than you needed to delete. Just deleting the one file would have likely had you sorted out.
