Extension/ plugins which are associated with Sketchup Studio are included. (I think : Scan Essentials , Revit importer, V-Ray)
For all other Extension/Plugin - what is not listed above ( not associated with Sketchup Studio) - you have to deal its cost of Extension if there is a fee for that specific extension.
