hello, i recently bought the sketchup studio education with enscape through creation engine and i have received an order confirmation from trimble and i have also made a trimble account with the same email as the one i purchased with, but whenever i go to my products on my trimble account, it says that there are no products yet, but shows on creation engine but im not able to download it. please help

They are a reseller dedicated to student discount in the US, you’ll need to contact them directly, here you are on a community forum, and none of us has access to their backoffice I’m afraid.
