# Sketchup student product bought but no access to any product after registering and logging in

I have bought the student version yesterday but I am not able to access this product as there is no product assigned to my account ☹ Because of this I am not able to use Sketchup.

Here are my details:

My order 2724116 against PO 353233099  
My Reference: 179101  
PRODUCTNAME: SKP-EDUSTU-YR  
PRODUCTDESCRIPTION: SketchUp Studio, Educational (student), annual termed contract, no  
renewal  
QUANTITY: 1  
ACCOUNT OWNER: AIMAL HASSAN

I would be really grateful if this is resolved ASAP 😄

Hi @aimal.hassan, thanks for the post and thanks for the @ to get my attention colin. I appreciate it! I do not have access to our sales system so I am unable to look up your purchase information myself but if you open a support ticket I can ensure that someone will help resolve the issue as soon as they are able.

If you purchased your license via a reseller partner I would recommend getting in touch with them as soon as you are able as well. Pursuing multiple paths to a solution is always a good idea and reseller partners are pretty responsive and can usually resolve issues like this quickly.

Can you let me know if you purchased your license via a reseller partner and if so, what partner you purchased it from?
