Sketchup Shop - Did I just get ripped off?

I just bought sketch-up shop and started the tutorial. The first thing the tutorial said is that all versions look the same. Well, what I have has nothing like the tutorial and seems very limited. How do I get my money back?

Aaron goes over the ways in which the web version is different to the desktop version. Hopefully it would be enough for you to then watch any tutorial videos and see how the same techniques would be done in SketchUp Shop.

Your other option would be if you decide that you should have paid for the desktop version. If that’s where you end up, you don’t have to do a refund of Shop. This article shows how to upgrade from Shop to Pro, where you would pay the difference in price between the two:
