Growing pains can be fixed with education and practice and getting a project or two under your belt.
Scalability? If you’ve seen some of the work others get done with this software I would think scalability is limited only to edge cases.
Start a new thread with what you are working on. What your goals are, and how you envision achieving them. I’m sure plenty of people will jump in and offer process and practice suggestions.
