I applied with Sketchup School and once my payment was received they stopped responding to my text for help
What do you need?
Go to myaccount.trimble.com and sign in with the same email address (=Trimble ID) that you used to buy it.
There should be an account (besides the personal) that says ‘Purchased via….’
Select that and see in the ‘Members’ section that the email has ‘Product access’
