Are Extensions allowed to load during “Trial Period”? Can’t get past “install” Terms of Service.

At the bottom of the terms and condition there is a button, that becomes active when you have scrolled down the terms text. There may also be a cookies related overlay, close that if it is there, then scroll down. Even if it’s only the top of the button that you can see, you should be able to click on it to get past that stage.
