SketchUp Pro Trial Activation Form is Missing/Blank

Hello,

I am trying to start my 7-day free trial for SketchUp Pro, but the registration form on the “Start your trial” page is completely missing/blank.

I have already tried the following troubleshooting steps:

  • Disabling ad-blockers

  • Using Incognito/Private mode

  • Trying different web browsers (Chrome and Edge)

Unfortunately, the form still does not appear. Could a staff member please help me activate the trial on my account manually?

For now, you could download SketchUp from the regular downloads page, and when you open SketchUp and sign in, it would also start the trial. Here’s the downloads page:
