Sketchup Pro 2023 Unit issues

Hello,
New to the community site but not new to Sketchup.

Using Pro 2023 thinking it’ll be the same as prior versions, and for the most part it is.

But I’m having issues with either my Units or Scale in Pro 2023?
After choosing architectural-inches and starting to draft all seems Okay.
But when I imported one of my old SKP the model was too big.
I downloaded a SKP from Sketchup warehouse, and the issue remains.
The model is too big.
I dug through the normal settings and the Units seem okay.

The attached screen shot shows my initial sketch of a 20’ x 20’ garage, next to it
imported an Audi SUV…

I’m hoping its a simple setting that I am missing and any help would be appreciated.

The component in the file you shared is huge!

No wonder it is large when you add it to your project. Scale it down to the right size and make sure you scale the definition so it’ll be the right size when you insert it into the project.

Here are the dimensions in inches.

This is what Google says they should be.
