The server has been fixed for SketchUp 2019 and 2020. If you still see a blank window you will need to delete the WebCache folder. On Mac you would go into this folder: ```auto ~/Library/Application Support/ ``` Then into either the SketchUp 2019 or SketchUp 2020 folder. Delete the WebCache folder and reopen SketchUp, and adding or removing licenses should work. On Windows you go to this folder: ```auto %AppData%\SketchUp\ ``` Then into SketchUp 2019 or SketchUp 2020. Right now 2017 and 2018 would still be broken. I will be checking with colleagues if those can be fixed as well. ---

Hello Colin, having exactly the same problem with my classic pro license 2020. Changed 2 computers Windows 10, removed license correctly in both and now trying to activate in window 11 and having the same problem of blank screen after pressing to activate classic. Thank you!
