Sketchup Pro 2019 for K-12

Hi:
The license provided for Sketchup Pro 2019 isn’t working.
Error Oops That doesn’t look like a valid Serial Number and Authorization Code combination.
Our IP addresses are whitelisted.
I can install and license Sketchup Pro 2018.
The licenses are for K-12 .

Is it an educational license? If so, those are normally only valid for a year and must be renewed annually.

I received the license January 2020

Is it possible you got a license for SketchUp 2020 and not for 2019?
