Sketchup Pro 2018 Crashing on export to OBJ

I am posting here on the advice of Sketch up Support. When trying to convert a model to an OBJ file Sketchup crashes. Model has 448232 Edges and 1364862 Faces. I sent the model to Sketchup Support and they were able to convert successfully.

I tried exporting a simple model (rectangular cube with 3 cutouts) and that worked. I can export the larger model to dwg and dxf with no problems.

I am running Windows 10 (64bit) on a Lenovo P50. Specs are as follows:

Processor:Intel® Xeon® CPU E3-1505M v5 @ 2.80GHz, 2808 Mhz, 4 Core(s), 8 Logical Processor(s)
Installed Physical Memory (RAM): 32.0 GB
Graphics Card :NVIDIA Quadro M2000M
Drives 2 x 256GB Samsung M2 SSD (Model NVMe SAMSUNG MZVPV256)

All drivers and software are updated.

Any help is appreciated.

Does sketchup uses the Nvidia?
Check Window>Preferences>OpenGL>Graphic Card Details
If not , rightclick on desktop and choose nvidia control panel to add SketchUp to the list Nvidia card must use.

Btw, the edge count is lower then the face count, which is strange…

MikeWayzovski, yes it does use the Nvidia card. I have set it as the default graphics processor in the laptop bios and checked and made sure it is shown in the Nvidia control panel as default for Sketchup.
