# SketchUp Plugin for Photometric Analysis

Hello,

I have tried a couple lighting design plugins for Sketchup but I haven’t had any luck finding one that can perform photometric analysis (light level readings). LightUp comes close because they have a lux map, however the data cannot be exported in anyway. It is just a visual layout of light levels for spaces. Has anyone had any success with utilizing a plugin that is able to perform this type of analysis?

[TheaRender](https://www.thearender.com/site/index.php/features/photometric-analysis.html) can do this for you.

Thanks for the response. I took a quick look at TheaRender and it looks pretty powerful. Do you think it will be ideal for analyzing entire buildings or is it best for individual spaces?
