SketchUp Plans - Paid for Studio and says I have Pro

I believe that I upgraded one of my sketchup seats to studio from pro last year. I still have two more seats of pro. I am trying to import a revit model and says I have to log in. I checked my account and it says all three seats are pro. But checking the recent charges and one is set at the 749. Which is the studio price. What is happening?

Is there not a customer service option at SketchUp to answer my question? I need to get this revit model imported ASAP to make a deadline on a project.

if you go to your account on sketchup’s website, after selecting an account if you have more than one, you should be able to find a “members” section on the left side. Verify what product is assigned and to whom. If someone has a studio licence already assigned to, make sure the sketchup instance you are trying to import the revit file into is logged in to the right account.
if they’re all just pro, click on the three vertical dots to change licence assignment, you’ll see if you really have an available studio licence (you don’t seem to be certain)
If you have, set it up to studio, log out and back in inside sketchup and make sure you’re not paying for an unnecessary licence,

As well as what Paul has said, make sure you have actually downloaded the extra features that are included with Studio. If you aren’t sure you did you can run the installer again, being sure to right click and choose Run as Admin, and follow the prompts until you get this screen and add the parts you need.

You did have a Studio subscription for a little while, but it expired last June, and didn’t renew. I don’t see any current Studio subscriptions. I do see three Pro subscriptions.

Everything is getting straghtened out. I was on a call with them this morning. somehow my upgraded studio seat got downgraded to pro. But was still charged for the studio rate. I am getting a refund and they are starting up a business account for me. We are all good to go. But anyone reading this make sure that you still have a studio account if it was purchased.
