I don’t think it’s possible to stay logged in permanently, at least I haven’t being able to do it. Sketchup is having frequent problems with their servers lately.

nothing on you side that would explain I suppose ? a zealous vpn or antivirus that would slow the connection to trimble to the point of timeout ?
have you tried to connect directly from your browser ? (I mean, is is only SU or your whole computer)
In theory we have to connect once every 30 days, witch is better than other softwares requiring constant connexion and handshake at every start. but it seems you had to connect right at the wrong moment…
