When I use Sketchup online I always get a black border across the top of the page, could someone tell me what causes this to appear !!!.

Looks like a graphics problem. What internet browser? Your profile says indicates your operating system is “none” which would be a problem. “Personal use only” is not a graphics card. Please correct your profile with SketchUp version, operating system, and graphics card.
