# SketchUp non funziona in modo fluido

Il programma aperto g-suite non gira in modo fluido e utilizza molto tempo per il caricamento. A scuola lavoraiamo su dei Crome Book e non sappiamo se il problema siano i device o la connessione. Come è possibile risolvere questa cosa?

Hi @alessandroM, thanks for the post. I am happy to work with you to see if we can figure out a solution to help you out. Sometimes Chomebooks get old and start to lag as system updates start to pile up. Other times, large numbers of students all trying to access the same site can overload connections.

To start off, how many students are trying to access the site at the same time?

During the lesson the students with the devices are 20. The download is very slow.  
I and and my colleagues dont’t know if the promen is wi\_fi or the device without the particoular performance.

Thanks for the reply @alessandroM. Can you test this by trying to log in with just a single device when students are all using the Wi-Fi? If it is faster, that would point to one cause. If it does not make a difference that would point to a different cause.
