# SketchUp Make 2017 Installation Error

Hi,  
The following error code is displayed during installation:  
“Module C:\Program Files\SketchUp\SketchUP 2017\ThumbsUp.dll failed to register. HRESULT -2147024770”  
I clicked on Retry a couple of times and eventually Ignore, upon which setup completed, but program fails to launch as a result of error. Please advise.
