I have a problem I was told that my maintanence and support is canceled. I paid 229.00 for my 2022 subscription I should have maintanence and support.
until your subscription is active you do of course have maintenance and support by your supplier… at least if you do not have activated on more as 2 systems.
I thought I did have sketchup 2022 activated.
you can check from inside SU via “Help > Manage License…” or in the Trimble Account Management Portal by using the email address your license is registered to.
